Your Google Business Profile is the listing most buyers see before your website. We work it to the same checklist every month, and we tell you what changed.
Categories, services, attributes, hours including holidays, photos, the description, questions and reviews. Every item, every month, in the same order.
Working the same list every month is what catches drift before it costs you a customer: a category that quietly reverted, hours never updated for a public holiday, a review sitting unanswered for weeks. It's the same list your listing is actually judged against, not a menu we pick from.
Every change is made by hand, signed in to your profile. Google's rules expect that, and your listing is not worth risking.
A suspended Business Profile is hard to reverse and slow to unwind, and a listing rebuilt from scratch loses its review history. We treat the account as if it were the only one, because to you, it is.
We work as a manager on your listing, invited by you and removable by you, at any time, without us. We never ask a client to hand over ownership.
Google Business Profile has no "admin" role, only ownership and delegated access levels. You stay the listed owner throughout; our access is the manager level, which is enough to do this work and nothing more. Removing it takes a few clicks in your own account, no call to us required.
Photos we post are real photos of your real work. Nothing invented, nothing stock.
Every photo we post traces back to an actual job: proof the business is real and does this work.
We reply to reviews. We never offer anything in exchange for one, and we never buy one.
A reply, good review or bad, shows the next person reading that someone is actually paying attention. Ours are written for what the review actually said.
This work is part of the Answer Engine. It is the same monthly work whether you think of it as local SEO or as being found when someone asks an AI.
The Google Business Profile work above isn't a separate service bolted on: it's the same monthly pass while your website's schema and content are worked to be readable by an AI answer as well as a search result. One monthly pass, two ways people find you.
A suburb page only goes live when there is a real job in that suburb behind it: a real photo, a real project note. An empty page named after a suburb helps nobody, and Google treats it accordingly.
A page with no real content behind it doesn't help anyone find a real business, and it doesn't read as trustworthy to a search engine or an AI summarising local results either. Ours only publish once that evidence exists: the photo, the project note, sometimes a review.
